Want to train for Sunburst's Half Marathon, but not sure where to start? Trying to beat a certain time this year? Need help committing to a training plan? We can help with all of that with our Sunburst Half Marathon Program! The program will run for 14 weeks, beginning today and culminating at Sunburst on June 4th. The group meets 3 times a week for coached runs that will help you safely increase your distance. You'll also get a 14 week daily training plan to help you with cross-training! We also host clinics on different training topics, ranging from good form technique to nutrition and stretching. Want to learn more?
