Fleet Feet Sports is dedicated to help you pursue your goals in running and walking. Whether your goal is to finish your first mile or to run your fastest marathon, our coach, Brett Albers, and his team of mentors will help you get there! 

Fleet Feet Sports prioritizes your health and safety above everything else in our training programs. We will teach you the rules of the road, how to increase your intensity and distance safely, and how to stave off injuries. Training with Fleet Feet Sports ensures you a positive atmosphere, a great support system, and an expert for every question or concern you may have.

Description: Fleet Feet Sports Mishawaka can't offer great training programs without great mentors. If you're ready to share your love of walking and running with others and you've completed the distance before, then apply to mentor! It's a great way to give back and inspire someone.

Program Start: August 26 at 9am
Program Schedule: Wednesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 9am
Goal Race: Frightening 5k & Terrible 10k
Program Fee: $85 for the program
Description: Fall 2017 No Boundaries 5k &10k Training Program is designed for people who are currently in-active or new to walking or running. It's a 10-week training program where you get a weekly workout schedule and train as a group twice a week. You can choose whether you want to train for a 5k or 10k. Your head coach, mentor for YOUR pace of walking or running, and new friends, will make this program a fun challenge! We not only help you build your strength and endurance, but your confidence and knowledge to continue this healthier lifestyle and new hobby. Both the 5k and 10k programs are 100% beginner-friendly! You do not need to have completed a 5k before trying the 10k program, though it is encouraged that you can walk or run at least 3 miles before starting practice.
