This 10k Training Program designed for people who have completed the 5k distance and are ready for more! It's an 8 week training program where you get a weekly workout schedule and train as a group twice a week. Your head coach, mentor for YOUR pace of walking or running, and new friends, will make this program a fun challenge! This program will help you continue your progress in running or walking. Completing No Boundaries is recommended, but not required for participation in this program.
This program will meet twice weekly, Wednesday evenings at 5:30pm and Saturday mornings at 9am. Group workouts will be coached and mentored so that no one is running or walking alone! This is a great chance to make some running buddies in the community, train for a new race, and learn something new about the great sport of running.
