Fall 2017 No Boundaries 5k & 10k

Fall 2017 No Boundaries 5k &10k Training Program is designed for people who are currently in-active or new to walking or running. It's a 10-week training program where you get a weekly workout schedule and train as a group twice a week. You can choose whether you want to train for a 5k or 10k. Your head coach, mentor for YOUR pace of walking or running, and new friends, will make this program a fun challenge! We not only help you build your strength and endurance, but your confidence and knowledge to continue this healthier lifestyle and new hobby. 

Both the 5k and 10k programs are 100% beginner-friendly! You do not need to have completed a 5k before trying the 10k program, though it is encouraged that you can walk or run at least 3 miles before starting practice. 


What IS No Boundaries?

  • No Boundaries is a 5K &10k Training Program designed for people who are currently in-active or new to walking or running. 
  • No Boundaries is a 9-10 week training program where you get a weekly workout schedule and train as a group twice a week. 
  • No Boundaries is a program that comes with a head coach, a mentor for YOUR pace of walking or running, and new friends!
  • No Boundaries is a fun challenge!  We not only help you build your strength and endurance, but your confidence and knowledge to continue this healthier lifestyle and new hobby.
No Boundaries IS Not:
  • A competition! This program is designed to be a fun way to gradually learn how to run or walk a 5k distance. It doesn't matter where you're starting from, we will help you cross that finish line!
  • A program just for "runners." This program is designed for people who are currently inactive or who want to become more active and physically fit. Walkers and walk/runners usually make up the majority of our participants!
  • Boring! We keep it fresh and fun with guest speakers, scavenger hunt workouts, and more! 

 To us, it's not how fast or far you walk or run, it's that you're getting out there and making it happen! So come make it happen with us! Our 2017 programs are listed below!

Program Fee: $85 for the program
